JD Harvey Designs was founded in July of 2022. We aspire to bring you elevated balloon and event design. Party Animal comes from our passion of hosting parties! You no longer have to search for the perfect hostess gift, last minute wrapping paper, or a special greeting card. Party Animal is here to offer a special shopping experience that is fun and exclusive to the Lubbock area. We are your one stop shop to plan a party.
